Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Contract : 6 months (potential to extend)

Location : Remote (EST or CST time zone preferred)

Overview :

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support recruitment and onboarding processes within the utility sector. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

Schedule interviews and manage logistics between candidates and hiring managers

Support full-cycle onboarding activities for new hires

Partner with recruiters and HR team members to deliver a positive candidate experience

Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Qualifications :

3–5 years of talent acquisition coordination experience, preferably in the utility industry

Hands-on onboarding experience

Proficiency with ATS systems; iCIMS experience a strong plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively across EST or CST time zones
