Attorney- Trusts & Estates

Feldman Kramer & Monaco, a dynamic law firm located in Syracuse and Hauppauge NY, is seeking a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented Associate to join our progressive, innovative team in Westchester, New York.

You must have 3 years Wills & Estate experience.

Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable with extensive client contact, (including visiting their offices) and possess strong writing skills. This position has no billable hours or caseload, it will primarily consist of executing Will Contracts.

• Advises clients concerning Trusts, & Estate matters and transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Advises clients on asset protection.
• Interprets laws, rulings and regulations.
• Prepares and drafts legal documents, such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents and contracts.
