Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the construction and healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• Serve as the on-site manager responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects.
• Develop and implement project safety plans, ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards and fostering a safe work environment.
• Manage project controls, procedures, and financial forecasts to meet contractual and organizational goals.
• Create and oversee project-specific quality and closeout plans, ensuring alignment with contract documents and client expectations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including superintendents and engineers, to achieve operational priorities and maintain a positive work environment.
• What's Needed?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in managing complex healthcare, life sciences, or data center projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to develop project schedules, manage subcontracting strategies, and lead risk mitigation efforts.
