Position Description and Qualifications :

Position Summary : The QA / SQE Supervisor for QA / SQE Department at TDC, candidate need to have extensive experience gained at automotive industry and demonstrate direct knowledge of automotive supplier quality management with good problem-solver facilitating skills with internal and external counterparts and managing and planning for SQE Team.

Requirements :

1. Prefer with OEM knowledge, and BA in Engineering and / or related Supplier Management Field

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal and management skills.

3. Management of supplier PPAP submission and performing supplier audit experience.

4. Able to provide ideas on supplier quality control and with APQP / PPAP experiences to ensure

quality output from supplier.

5. Japanese or Spanish language skill is a plus.

6. Travel to Reynosa, Mexico 2 or 3 times per week.
