Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with our engineering teams to establish efficient local development environments, empowering our engineers to work productively and efficiently.

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Provide migration from AWS ECS2 to native Kubernetes, Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Krakken
  • Transition from legacy platforms to new Hashicorp-based solutions
  • Create a new team to learn existing infrastructure and supporting tools
  • Develop and execute a strategy to migrate all infrastructure
  • Handle migration as a separate exercise, independent of current DevOps teams
  • Provide consultation and automation for future development and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on infrastructure migration and management
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Krakken
  • Knowledge of Hashicorp tools
  • Ability to handle customer interviews and work in ambiguous situations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
