Edencrest is looking for a Wellness Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for directing and managing all Wellness (Nursing) employees providing clinical resident care services, optimizing performance, and leading employee connections within our community.

Current opening : Full-time, 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday, On-Call Rotation

Here are the main responsibilities of a Wellness Support Specialist :

• Hiring & Onboarding Interview, hire, and onboard new employees; maintain staff records.
• Timecard Oversight Approve and ensure accuracy of department timecards.
• Scheduling & Staffing Create and update staff schedules and task sheets for quality resident care.
• Training & Compliance Track staff training, ensure regulatory training completion.
• Team Management Supervise and support Wellness staff across all shifts.
• Operational Support Assist Wellness Leadership with administrative and team management tasks.
• Resident & Family Relations Build positive relationships and provide support as needed.
• Performance & Development Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff evaluations.
• Record Maintenance Maintain and update employee records (written & electronic).
• Incident Review Review occurrence reports with the Director of Nursing.
• Meetings & Planning Assist in organizing monthly staff meetings along with other duties as assigned
