First Western is seeking an SVP, Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team!

As an SVP, Private Client Relationship Manager at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Arizona Regional team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do :

  • Recognized as a trusted new banking business and mortgage origination expert and trusted advisor based on long standing relationships with a wide variety of referral partners.
  • Ongoing development of a referral network through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and participating in community out-reach efforts that promote the Bank and residential mortgage loan originations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by overseeing each loan transaction from initial application through closing and effectively communicating updates to all parties to the transaction.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide variety loan program requirements and investor guidelines including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA Programs, JUMBO and FHLB products.
  • Ability to analyze complex income, assets, credit, and other related financial information including self-employment and business financials and tax returns to advise clients on mortgage product solutions to meet their needs.
  • Independently identify and communicate creative and compliant solutions to complex origination challenges.
  • Present a full and complete loan application with supporting documentation to the operations team within 72 hours.
  • Complete all initial and subsequent loan disclosures with absolute accuracy and timeliness required by TILA, RESPA, and MDIA regulations.
  • Meet or exceed volume and quarterly and annual goals as established by the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Maintains an active and visible place within the community, utilizing a strong network of centers of influence.

What You Bring :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of MS applications, database / CRM tools, loan origination application systems and loan pricing engines
  • Solid understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the SAFE Act, Dodd-Frank, HMDA, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, Fair Lending, and the Fair Housing Act
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining a quality referral network
  • Ability to analyze and calculate income from complex financial data
  • Extensive understanding of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing requirements
  • Professional presentation, written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

    • Education Level

    Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent work experience Required

    Experience Level

    10-15 years Recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment. Mortgage production supervisory / management experience. Required

    License / Certification Details

    Active NMLS registration Upon Hire Required

    Pay Range : $225,000 / YR Plus Commission

    Job Classification : Full-Time Exempt
