How a Program Coordinator will make an impact :

  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational support contractor leadership
  • Participates in the execution of technical project plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting
  • Supports planning efforts and provides recommendations on program events
  • Interacts with various levels of both the contractor and government program management office to support taskings and requests for information
  • Supports development and quality assurance of project deliverables and products
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
  • Participates in special projects as required

Education / Experience :

  • BA / BS and 2+ years of related job experience or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education

    • Required Skills :

  • Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise
  • Outstanding time management ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous federal contracting experience. Previous experiences supporting Department of Defense (DOD) Programs is preferred
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required

    The likely salary range for this position is $66,300 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
