SUMMARY

As a nonprofit leader in affordable multifamily and single-family housing, we are growing our team of mission-driven professionals.
We are seeking a Closing Project Manager with 5 years or more of experience in affordable real estate development, lending, syndication, or construction to support and lead financial closings for affordable housing development projects. This individual will manage project life cycles through Closing and Stabilization, ensuring compliance, timely progress, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
COMPENSATION
The starting salary for this position will be between $79,000 and $95,000 annually and come with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, PTO, holidays and a 401k retirement plan with a company match.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
The employee will need to have strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment, moving about the office, and attending meetings. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds.
