Position Overview :

As a State Farm Insurance Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that protect their assets and future.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy updates, and claims support

Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products

Participate in marketing activities to promote State Farm's products and services

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

Outgoing and personable with excellent communication skills

Strong customer focus and the ability to build rapport quickly

Interest or experience in sales and marketing preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new technology

Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not required
