Schedule : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Shift : Night Shift | 11 : 30 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay : Local : $1,500 weekly

Position Overview

This role supports a healthcare environment focused on improving population health, reducing health risks, and creating meaningful behavioral change to enhance overall patient outcomes. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) will perform both front and back office responsibilities, including patient flow management, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care by taking vital signs, rooming patients, and preparing them for exams and procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures while supporting patients throughout their visit.
• Document accurate visit notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Administer medications, respond to patient inquiries per protocol, and relay important information to providers.
• Perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines (including flu shots), and conduct biometric screenings.
• Maintain exam room readiness and ensure medical supplies are stocked.
• Provide general clerical and clinical support as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain a patient-focused approach.
• Participate in health education and outreach activities to support patient wellness.
