Job Title : Clinical Pharmacist – Utilization Review

Location : REMOTE in CA

Duration : 6+ Months Contract

Pay Rate : $55 – $59 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule :

• 8 : 00–8 : 30 AM start
• 5 : 00–5 : 30 PM end

Job Description :

The Clinical Pharmacist applies clinical expertise to perform utilization reviews and ensure appropriate medication use while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. This role provides pharmaceutical guidance, formulary management support, and contributes to achieving departmental quality and efficiency goals.
