We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with high emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and a passion for advancing in longevity, functional, and regenerative medicine. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level nursing care and create a seamless, world-class client experience.
- Perform clinical and administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, EMR documentation, lab draws, lab processing, and results management.
- Administer IV therapies, peptides, and regenerative treatments in compliance with nursing best practices.
- Support prescription refills and manage medical inventory.
- Assist providers with advanced procedures, including :
- Plasmapheresis
- EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation)
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
- Joint injections
- Conduct biometric testing, DEXA scans, and other diagnostics relevant to longevity medicine.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, supplements, lifestyle interventions, and post-procedure care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety protocols.
- Provide concierge-style follow-up, proactive check-ins, and whole-person support.
- Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth, high-touch operations.
- Participate in research consenting and maintain documentation for compliance and innovation projects.
- Engage in ongoing education to stay current with emerging anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine therapies.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (compact license preferred).Current BLS and ACLS certification (required; must maintain active status).3+ years of clinical nursing experience; experience in integrative, functional, concierge, or longevity medicine strongly preferred.Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV therapy, and infusion protocols.Experience or training in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus :Regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell support protocols)Advanced IV nutrient therapy (high-dose vitamin C, NAD+, ozone)Hormone replacement therapy supportPreventive cardiology, metabolic health, or bioidentical hormone therapyStrong patient education and coaching skills; ability to explain advanced treatments clearly.High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to connect across the Five Circles of Life.Tech-savvy with EMR systems, digital scheduling, and telehealth platforms.Flexible, adaptable, and curious — thrives in an innovative, fast-paced clinical environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in longevity and anti-aging medicine.Why Join Us?
