3rd Shift Batcher Operator - Beverage Manufacturing

Fortress Nutrition is actively hiring for a 3rd Shift Canning Line Operator (Batcher) to work on our Beverage Canning Line team.

The right candidate will have previous experience in liquid batching / blending (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required), and have a stable work history with previous employers. Must be able to train on 1st shift (or pre-determined schedule) and be accountable to the company's need for overtime & weekend work as required.

Work Schedule : Training Hours :

1st Shift (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends mandatory, based on production schedule

2nd Shift (2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends mandatory, based on production schedule

Standard Hours :

3rd Shift (10 : 00pm-6 : 30am, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

Job Summary : Working as part of the Beverage Operations team, the Batcher / Canning Line Operator is a dual role . The primary responsibilities will be working as a Batcher , pre-weighing, mixing, and blending raw materials to create beverage products following the client recipe. When batching is complete or not needed, you will work on the canning line with a team to operate high-speed equipment to create, produce, and package products to completion.

What You'll Do :

• Obtain, pre-weigh, load and mix raw ingredients for each batch following the MMR (batch ticket) by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to ensure resulting mixture meets specified consistencies and requirements
• Pull water samples from mixing and syrup tanks for testing of pH levels
• Report any urgent quality, food safety incidents, or deviations immediately to the Operations Manager or Quality team for investigation and resolution
• Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all high-speed canning line equipment, including packaging, filler, seamer, and shrink wrapper to ensure quality and efficiency of product output
• Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure equipment and product quality is maintained at all times
• Provide support as needed by working overtime to help operations and other shifts in staffing shortages
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
