[job_card.job_description]Assess patients' abilities to perform daily living skills and create tailored treatment plans. Implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities and document patient progress effectively. Educate patients and their families about care plans and provide guidance for discharge and adaptive equipment. Oversee care provided by support staff according to established standards. Maintain vigilance and safety in all interactions. Perform additional duties as required. Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) needed for state licensure. No prior experience required. Constant standing, frequent walking, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Good hearing and vision essential for patient interaction and monitoring. Occasional driving and other physical activities as needed. Paid Parental Leave : One week of paid leave for eligible team members for newborns or newly adopted children. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, or psychosocial deficits. Your expertise will empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Must obtain Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification within 90 days of employment. Licensure in your practice state is required.
