24 month contract for a role with a leading client in Rapid City, SD area. APPLY NOW!

Title : Entry Level Developer / Analyst

Location : Rapid City, SD

Workplace type : 100% onsite (M-F, 40 hour work week)

Type : Contract

Pay : $19-22.03 / hr w2-no flex

IV type : 2 rounds

Length : 24 months

Screenings : no tech, full panel drug and background once hired

Must haves :

  • Education & Experience Required : 0-2 years experience, 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Typescript
  • A working knowledge of web technologies, with React, Node.js and Express
  • A working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience working with REST APIs and developing single-page applications
  • Experience with C# and ASP.NET (WebForms)
  • Version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with the following tools : Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

    • Nice to haves :

  • Experience developing for Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working with Microsoft Access
  • Experience working with Visual Basic / WinForms

    • Job Description :

    As a Full-stack Web Developer at (client name removed), you will be developing a wide variety of internal tooling and public facing web applications from content management systems to modernizing business workflow support tools.

    Job Duties :

  • Developing greenfield projects, or maintaining active and / or legacy projects.
  • Working on full-stack apps and / or backend APIs

    • What Qualifies You?

  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • A working knowledge of Javascript technologies, with React, Node.js and Express
  • A working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with C# and ASP.NET
  • Version control (Git)
  • Willing to learn and adopt new languages / technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

    • Work environment :

  • Full time onsite 5 days a week – office environment

    • Education & Experience Required :

  • Years of experience : 0-2 years
  • Degree requirement : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering
