Hardware technician

Responsibilities

Install and service PC and printer hardware in retail stores

Refurbish, QA, and repair returned store hardware

Perform staging, configuration, and warranty claim processing

Use asset tracking tools and accurately document work

Lift equipment (up to 30 lbs regularly, 80 lbs with help)

Requirements :

2+ years of IT experience (hardware focus preferred)

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable with frequent travel and physical work

Proficiency in basic admin tools (Word, Excel, inventory systems)

Nice to Have :

Technical school education or related certifications

Prior experience refurbishing IT hardware

Interview Process :

1st Round : Remote (video / phone)

2nd Round : Onsite interview
