At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Collections Specialist (Phlebotomist) position supports the Blood Center by collecting blood donations (blood and blood products) safely from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner. The anticipated salary starts at $18.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all full-time employees :

Additional information : This position reports directly to the Donor Collections Manager

Hours vary daily based on schedule and can be either 7am - 3pm and 12pm - 8pm at our Lehigh Valley Locations : Bethlehem, Cedar Crest, Hamilton and Easton.

To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, and on-call to cover weekends and holidays.

A schedule is provided two weeks in advance.

The first two weeks of training will take place onsite at our blood center at 1465 Valley Center Parkway Bethlehem, PA.
