About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Operations Assistant to help deliver a high-touch experience for our clients and team. In this role, you’ll be the person who ensures trainings, events, travel, and conferences run smoothly - down to the last booklet, badge, and snack. You’ll also support our “AOP” (AppWork Obsession Plan), helping coordinate tasks that keep clients happy and supported.
What You'll Do
Client Training & Experience Support
- Prepare everything needed for client trainings (print and organize materials, prep swag bags, coordinate lunches, and ensure rooms and supplies are ready).
- Own day-of logistics so training and events feel polished, welcoming, and well thought out.
AOP (AppWork Obsession Plan) Coordination
Help track and coordinate AOP tasks to ensure client needs are met quickly and thoughtfully - do whatever it takes to deliver a great experience.Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, Design, and R&D to follow through on requests and close the loop.Conference Logistics
Support conference prep and execution : booth setup needs, ordering and confirming electricity and Wi-Fi, lead scanners, swag, shipping materials, and on-site readiness.Maintain checklists and timelines to reduce last-minute surprisesAttend conferences and handle any needs that come up.Inventory Management
Maintain inventory of swag and supplies for employees and clients.Track stock levels, organize storage, and reorder as needed.Qualifications
1+ years of experience in operations, office coordination, events, or administrative support (startup experience a plus).Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, service-oriented communicator.Able to lift and move event materials / swags / boxes as needed (reasonable accommodations available).Willing and able to travel occasionally for conferences and clientWhat Success Looks Like
