GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Grounds Technician to the team in Clovis, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!

This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of two multi-family apartment communities in Clovis, CA!

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN :

Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.

Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.

Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.

Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements : Requirements for Grounds Technician :

Excellent Customer Service

At least 1 year of proven and current work experience

1 year of current and proven customer service experience

Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.)

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Great attention to detail

Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule in Clovis (40 hours per week)
