Logistics coordinator Tasks & Duties

Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.

Verify and keep record of incoming shipments.

Verify all incoming shipments to bill of lading and packing slips.

Maintain product identification and location program.

Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.

Responsible for completing physical inventory cycle counts.

Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.

Document damaged product.

Practice and promote good housekeeping measures and support all company efforts to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Must be detailed oriented.

Perform all other duties as assigned

Logistics coordinator Shift Info

Day Shift, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Monday - Friday

Logistics coordinator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Logistics coordinator experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Must have a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old.

Recent experience with Cycle counting / inventory preferred.

Must be able to operate forklift or willingness to get trained.

Required to wear steel toe shoes and other required PPE.

Effective communication skills are mandatory. Must possess proper command of English language, written and oral.

Must be computer literate experience with Microsoft Windows and Excel preferred.

Must have ability to calculate mathematical values.

Must be able to work efficiently while keeping correct data

Ability to work overtime as need, this could be during the week, weekends, and holidays
