Accountabilities :

Define and execute the technical vision and engineering strategy to support business goals and product growth.

Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, guiding managers and staff engineers to build a high-performing organization.

Collaborate with product and design leaders to shape the product roadmap and ensure seamless integration of engineering deliverables.

Oversee the development of scalable web applications and systems that handle large volumes of data and deliver rich user experiences.
