Job Title : Treatment Coordinator

Job Type : Full-Time | Remote

Availability :

Candidates must be fully available for scheduling within the following hours :

  • Monday–Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Sunday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our virtual care team. In this role, you’ll guide patients through every stage of their weight loss journey—from initial consultation to ongoing support—ensuring they feel informed, motivated, and cared for throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Consultations : Conduct virtual intake sessions to understand each patient’s health history, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Treatment Planning : Collaborate with medical providers to develop personalized weight loss plans.
  • Scheduling : Coordinate virtual appointments and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
  • Education & Support : Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits.
  • Motivation & Accountability : Serve as a consistent point of encouragement throughout the patient’s program.
  • Insurance Coordination : Verify telehealth eligibility, explain benefits, and assist with billing-related questions.
  • Digital Health Management : Use telehealth platforms and EHR systems to document communications, track progress, and monitor adherence.
  • Administrative Support : Maintain detailed and accurate records, assist with administrative tasks as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in a medical assistant, health coaching, or clinical support role.
  • Healthcare Knowledge : Strong understanding of medical and wellness terminology, especially related to weight loss.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver complex information with clarity and empathy.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Equipment Requirement : Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and phone.
  • Workspace : Must have a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Preferred : Experience in weight loss, nutrition counseling, or wellness coaching.
