Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in nursing, 3 years preferred for first-timers

License : Active RN license in the state or compact license, compliance with NLC guidelines

Certifications : Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse certification is a plus

Must-Have : Cerner experience preferred

Job Description :

• Provide specialized wound care nursing strictly in ICU / CCU environments.
• On-call and weekend work as needed.
• Not open to accommodating block schedules.
• Position is not open to local candidates; applicants must live at least 100 miles away.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.
• All requested time off must be included in the initial submission.
• Must be willing to work during two of the three major holidays if they fall during the assignment (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
• RNs may be floated between similar units and campuses within 20 miles, though this is rare unless specified.
• Travelers are required to have at least one completed previous travel assignment.
• Status of vaccinations, especially flu, should be included with submission.
• Orientation and compliance with specific guidelines are required.
• No contact is allowed with the recruiter, credentialing specialist, or accounting once submitted.
