Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role involves ensuring efficient coordination among staff, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organized storage, and loading materials.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety equipment to ensure the safety of all employees.
- Manage inventory by maintaining accurate daily records and conducting monthly cycle counts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to manage and prioritize shipments.
- Seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct daily trash removal, fill copy machines, and maintain restroom cleanliness.
- Prepare and analyze warehouse operations, including inventory levels and shipping / receiving reports.
Essential Skills
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).Sound knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control techniques.Demonstrated problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and organization.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience within a warehouse environment.Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, with necessary certifications if required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with late afternoon-evening work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a full-time position with shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM on weekdays. The work involves operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and adhering to safety regulations. The environment emphasizes neatness and organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
