Operations Manager

Automated Logic is looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team! The Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution and financial performance of operations. The Operations Manager oversees the entire process, from order entry and construction project management to installation and field labor management. A key part of the role is driving operational efficiencies, controlling project scope, and managing the schedule and costs to ensure financial goals are met, including expense management and tracking. Beyond internal control, the BAS Operations Manager is tasked with generating business advantage and growing profits by executing strategic account management and collaborating with Owners, General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical contractors to enhance the reputation and visibility of ALC's controls products and service offerings, ultimately ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Performance

• Direct and lead day-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables while managing a high volume of concurrent tasks.
• Ensure operational excellence and achievement of the operations plan within the assigned geographic area.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the organization meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.
• Manage resource allocation, reallocating personnel as needed to improve overall results and project delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with national operations leaders and other internal areas to leverage best practices and align with company objectives.
• Administer, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

5+ Years of Project Management or Field Operations Experience

Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, or business management

MS Office 365 Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive

Cora, Asana, Bidtracer, SFDC, Microsoft Projects, Visio, AutoCad

PMP Certification

Leadership Experience- Lead and motivate teams

Problem-solving, planning skills

Project financial reporting and project management skills
