Store Manager
Freddy's is looking for store managers with a passion for servant leadership and providing a premier experience and product, who is detail-oriented and a role model for hospitality. Our store manager candidates are brand ambassadors, and are required to be in constant contact with the staff and guests, ensuring that the staff provide the highest quality service and restaurant experience. Store managers also monitor the overall financial performance of the store.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Managing budgets, and maintaining financial and statistical records
- Addressing customer complaints and issues with the intent of recovery
- Overseeing stock and waste and theft control
- Maximizing profitability and productivity
- Motivating staff to meet sales and performance goals
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Preparing promotional displays and materials
- Evaluating staff and developing a succession plan for each team member.
- Continuously educates self, being adaptable to new and emerging technologies and concepts.
