About the Role
The Company is seeking a full-time MD 3 Plans, Program, and Requirements Support Analyst / SME to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing continuity across all Delta 3 capabilities and missions, ensuring that operator needs and concerns are effectively captured and addressed. This role involves active participation in innovation meetings, coordination with various program offices, and support for long-term system employment and maintenance engineering. The Analyst / SME will also be involved in future development and continuous improvement process management for Space Electromagnetic Warfare (SEW), and may be required to travel for TDYs and conferences. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field and at least 10 years of planning experience, including a minimum of 6 years working with military HQ staff in support of current and future EW mission areas. Essential qualifications include experience in a classified space environment, joint operations planning, and advising on the acquisition of future electromagnetic warfare weapon systems. The role requires a TS / SCI clearance and the ability to interact with various military and defense organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEW weapons systems and operations, as well as a deep understanding of the Space Force's organizational structure and operations.
