Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our fast-paced team. This role will play a critical part in managing daily accounting operations and helping establish process improvements as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions

Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy

Execute weekly check runs and manage timely payments

Set up and manage new vendor accounts , ensuring compliance with internal policies

Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial analysis

Take ownership of fixed asset accounting , including the full lifecycle : acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation

Lead the annual fixed asset inventory , ensuring accuracy and accountability

Monitor asset status : what’s active, what’s closing, and other lifecycle updates

Partner with procurement and requisitioning processes to ensure documentation is in place

Support and improve documentation by helping develop and refine work instructions

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
