As the Lead of Trust & Safety (T&S) Strategic Operations and Planning, you will lead a critical function that defines and evolves the multi-year goal and roadmap for the T&S organization. You will serve as a key advisor to T&S executive leadership, anticipating future business needs and industry shifts. In this role, you will build and mentor a team who will be responsible for driving the operational rhythm of the business. This includes long-term planning, comprehensive workforce modeling for organization, OKR governance, and orchestration of high-impact leadership forums. You will be central to influencing critical investments and ensuring T&S's direction aligns with Google's commitment to responsible innovation.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive planning for Trust & Safety (T&S), setting multi-year priorities, mitigating risks, and integrating team-level strategies into a unified roadmap aligned with Google's responsible innovation commitment while serving as a advisor to T&S executive leadership, conducting ongoing analysis and forecasting to measure progress and communicate business needs and risks. Implement and govern the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process for T&S, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous performance improvement across the organization. Lead and develop narratives for critical leadership forums Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review (MBR / QBR) to enhance transparency and enable informed decision-making. Optimize resource deployment by analyzing business drivers and roadmaps to forecast workload, quantify staffing needs, and provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
