Requirements

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY :

Position is responsible for welding assemblies on welding robot, loading and unloading assemblies into the robot, and maintaining the quality of the weld throughout the production day manner that is aligned with the Fulton values and Operating philosophy. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining programs as needed, and creating new programs as required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Load and unload assemblies into robot.
• Operate a robot (preferentially a Fanuc), including calling up programs, maintaining tooling.
• Maintain welding equipment, consumables on wire feeders, torch, gases, etc.
• Maintain the quality of welds within the acceptable parameters throughout production shift.
• Maintain and follow a production schedule to deliver parts on time.
• Document work and results as specified.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a safe and clean working area.
