Compensation : $57,000-$65,000
Scheduled Hours : Position hours are 8am - 5pm, 9am – 6pm, or 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Summary :
The Client Onboarding Specialist will lead new retirement plan onboarding and support compliance tasks, serving as a primary, client-facing contact—comfortable explaining requirements and timelines. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, personable, eager to learn, and entrepreneurial, able to build and maintain their own processes / tools. They must be an expert in retirement plan compliance and legal requirements, with working knowledge of non-ERISA / governmental plans a plus and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes. Strong communication, organization, and data skills are required.
