Cake Designer

Schedule : Sunday – Thursday | 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Location : Sacramento, CA

Pay :

$21 / hour (negotiable based on experience)

Duties :

Design and decorate cakes to meet company standards and customer expectations

Oversee and supervise the cake production line and support staff

Maintain quality and consistency in all cake designs

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the cake department

Collaborate with bakery management to develop new designs and seasonal offerings

Provide training and guidance to cake decorating team

Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements :

Proven experience in cake decorating / design

Strong artistic skills and attention to detail

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods
