Product Sales Engineer

Sales And Technical Support Representative

Provides sales and marketing departments with territory service needs and sales leads information. Provide customers with on-site technical support and training for prime product installations. Assists in the development and maintenance of technical publications libraries. Travels throughout all territories to call on and sell all prime product parts, service and related products. Responsible for assisting in executing sales plans to include cold calling, and site visits. Works as liaison between functional departments and customers for service repairs, modifications, parts returns and warranty issues. Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Works with accounting department on required paperwork. Prepares reports of business transactions, trip reports and monitors expense accounts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• 2+ years Customer Product Support experience
• 2 + years Mobile / Heavy equipment experience
• 2+ years Preparing Sales Contracts and Quotes
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write and edit routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• The employee must have good public contact and interpersonal skills and conduct oneself in a manner that is professional and business-like at all times.

Job Type & Location : This is a Permanent position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
