Job Opportunity : Assembler Associate

A client of ours located in Lake Oswego is looking for an Assembler Associate.

Permanent opportunities after completing contractual hours.

Responsibilities :

Verifies items before packing and selects the correct container type and size based on instructions.
Uses proper packing materials to prevent damage and applies accurate shipping labels or identification.
Maintains accurate counts of all packaged products.
Confirms that packaged items match order requirements and are labeled correctly.
Assembles product components on the production line in line with company guidelines.
Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Operates the laser machine when required, under close supervision.
Inspects products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Reports quality issues, defects, equipment malfunctions, or material concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follows manufacturing priorities as directed by supervisors and production schedules.
Reviews work orders to determine tasks and priorities.
Complies with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Wears personal protective equipment as trained and required.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support efficient operations.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED.

No experience required; training provided.

Able to read and follow work orders in English

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments.

Basic computer skills for printing labels; good communication skills preferred.

Correctable vision and hearing.

Physically able to work in a large facility, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform movements such as reaching, bending, and handling materials.

Works well in a team, uses sound judgment, and follows instructions.

Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 7AM-3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18 / hr.
