Job Opportunity : Assembler Associate

A client of ours located in  Lake Oswego  is looking for an Assembler Associate.

Permanent opportunities after completing contractual hours.

Responsibilities :

  • Verifies items before packing and selects the correct container type and size based on instructions.
  • Uses proper packing materials to prevent damage and applies accurate shipping labels or identification.
  • Maintains accurate counts of all packaged products.
  • Confirms that packaged items match order requirements and are labeled correctly.
  • Assembles product components on the production line in line with company guidelines.
  • Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Operates the laser machine when required, under close supervision.
  • Inspects products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Reports quality issues, defects, equipment malfunctions, or material concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follows manufacturing priorities as directed by supervisors and production schedules.
  • Reviews work orders to determine tasks and priorities.
  • Complies with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Wears personal protective equipment as trained and required.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support efficient operations.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • No experience required; training provided.
  • Able to read and follow work orders in English
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments.
  • Basic computer skills for printing labels; good communication skills preferred.
  • Correctable vision and hearing.
  • Physically able to work in a large facility, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform movements such as reaching, bending, and handling materials.
  • Works well in a team, uses sound judgment, and follows instructions.
  • Schedule :   Monday to Thursday, 7AM-3 : 30 PM

    Pay :   $18 / hr.
