Position Overview :
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for a resource caseload of students (grades 4-8).
- Provide explicit, specialized, and small-group instruction in core academic areas within the resource classroom setting, adapting the general education curriculum to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals.
- Collaborate regularly with parents, school staff, and related service providers to integrate student accommodations, monitor academic and social-emotional progress, and facilitate successful inclusion in the least restrictive environment.
