Planning Data Coordinator
Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Data Coordinator to support our plant operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering production paperwork, assisting with inventory control, and tracking material movements throughout the plant. The ideal candidate will also provide backup coverage for the Buyer position, assist with weekly reporting, and demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of experience in production data entry, inventory control, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or other inventory management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
