Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Liaison to represent Caretech throughout Kansas. In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization - building meaningful partnerships, generating client referrals, and strengthening our presence within local communities.

The Community Liaison plays a key role in connecting individuals, families, and organizations with the home care services they need. You will develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other community partners to ensure that those in need of support are aware of the compassionate, high-quality care Caretech provides.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector - someone who thrives on building trust, loves engaging with people, and is driven by a passion for helping others access the care they deserve. You are proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role that blends community outreach, marketing, and relationship management to drive growth and awareness of Caretech's services across Kansas.

What You'll Do

Community Outreach & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, Area Agencies on Aging, and other referral partners.
• Represent Caretech at local events , health fairs, networking groups, and community gatherings.
• Increase awareness of Caretech's services through creative outreach strategies .
