The role

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our new Care Collaboration team at Vim. You’ll be a hands-on builder and technical leader, driving the design and development of a new product that connects care teams and improves patient outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the foundation of Vim’s next generation platform.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale a new full-stack application using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and microservices
• Define system architecture that’s scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliverables
• Write production-grade code and lead reviews to uphold engineering excellence
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align technical direction with Vim’s broader platform
• Own the full development lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration
