Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Utilize estimating programs to prepare accurate project estimates and bids.
• Review and approve project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
