We are seeking Customer-Focused Dispatch Coordinators to manage inbound maintenance requests, dispatch vendors or internal crews, and ensure every job is followed through to full resolution with quality and accuracy. You’ll act as a quality control checkpoint from the moment the call comes in to the final client follow-up.

Compensation : 15 - $16.50 hourly
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and emails from clients reporting facilities issuesCreate work orders with a high level of accuracy and urgencyDispatch the appropriate technician or vendor based on trade, availability, and geographyMonitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and escalate issues when neededMaintain regular contact with clients and vendors to ensure clear communicationConfirm resolution and satisfaction before closing out any jobDocument quality concerns and assist with continuous service improvement effortsParticipate in team huddles, process improvement discussions, and quality reviewsProject Management from inception to job completionQualifications :
Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative coordination preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfort working with standard computer systems (CRM, email, dispatch software)Analytical problem solver — able to think ahead and prevent issuesA strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and pride in doing careful workFamiliarity with general contracting or trade terminology (plumbing, electrical, etc.)Prior roles where you handled client follow-ups or customer issue resolutionAbout Company
