About this role :

As a Physician in Family Medicine , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide outpatient family medicine care to our West Charleston Clinic patients.

This position includes a $ 6 0,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $ 2 0,000 in relocation assistance for eligible household moves

You will practice at West Char le ston Clinic Primary Care

Your schedule wil l be 4 10-Hour days per week during our normal clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 730AM -5 PM

There are no on-call responsibilities

What youll bring :

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
