Job Title : QA Associate, Operations - Pgh

Location : Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Associate, Operations to join their esteemed operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality across various operational products and services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining the integrity of our client's services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide coaching to Operations agents on improvement areas identified during evaluations. Collaborate with training teams for new hires and refresher sessions.
  • Conduct and document quality assurance evaluations on various operational products and services, including benefit verification and patient assistance cases.
  • Participate in calibration meetings to discuss quality initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate critical quality issues to senior management.
  • Support additional QA functions to achieve department and company objectives.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.

    • Skills Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in a similar role, such as Case Manager or Benefit Verification Specialist, or prior quality control experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel (data validation, entry, tables, formulas) and experience with technical writing and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of quality-oriented services, healthcare benefits, and SOP execution. Experience in healthcare claims or contact centers is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
