Responsibilities
The Gas OQ Coordinator is responsible for the administration of MasTec’s Employee Qualification Program and its supporting resources to ensure each employee successfully completing program requirements has achieved the status of “qualified” to perform Covered Tasks (regulated tasks) identified by each Gas Operator in contract with MasTec.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position will be expected to coordinate consistency in classroom arrangement with electronic equipment to access online training and assessment programs for each class participant. Position will be required to safely operate and maintain an assigned vehicle that will be used to perform essential functions with occasional overnight travel away from assigned work location.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the position’s primary function is to oversee the scheduling of classrooms for assessment sessions and manage multiple laptop computers / tablets and other presentation equipment required to perform essential functions. Job site visits may include exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical equipment and vibration, and uneven walking surfaces. This position will occasionally be exposed to extreme outside weather conditions.
