job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible for processing customer orders (fax, web, email) through various systems such as Configurator, JD Edwards, etc. Maintain up-to-date product and systems knowledge. Contribute to a team environment that promotes and provides service excellence to internal and external customers. Responsible for following all applicable safety guidelines. Keep up with the fast-paced environment as well as company & individual goals. Add- Help with other projects to support the Customer Service Team as needed.
