Spring Valley Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System , a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities. Responsible for the timely preparation, seasoning and cooking of food for patients, employees, physicians and visitors. Performs similar or related duties.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from a formal school specializing in institutional cooking preferred.

Experience : Previous experience preferred.

License / Certification : Current Sothern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.

Other : Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care / service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit / department.
