Role Mission : As a Financial Data Analyst at Rhodes, you will be responsible for automating data into information, information into insights, and insights into key business decisions that steer the strategic direction of Rhodes. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data and IT, you will play a vital role in developing automated financial models and will assist in the data-driven decision-making process to help measure and manage the performance of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. You will perform in-depth financial analysis and visualizations and collaborate closely with top management.

Develop detailed investment packages for presentation to senior leadershipMaintain proforma financial models for residential and commercial real estate projectsConduct financial analysis to assess key performance indicators, identify trends, and support decision-making.Support property-level due diligence and market research for new investmentsPrepare and maintain quarterly asset management models and reports including comparisons of asset performance vs. budget and hold-sell analysesProvide regular reporting on financial metrics, including occupancy costs, lease renewals, and capital expendituresPrepare Cash Flow projections for multiple entitiesPerform other financial analysis, reporting, or budgeting duties as assigned by senior leadership to support departmental and portfolio objectivesConduct analyses to drive valuable business insights, using analytics tools, Python, and SQL to access and manipulate multivariate dataDevelop and automate Financial Models, Cash Flows and Budget Models as neededComplete reports for the reporting calendar on timeProvide ad-hoc analysis support to identify trends that drive business performanceCommunicate updates on report requestsMaintain an inventory / documentation of all reports createdProject Management :
