Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as an  Accounts Payable Specialist.   As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will provide detailed data tracking and support for accounts payable and be an integral part of building out the accounts payable function for this growing company.

What You'll be Doing :

• Professionally represent the Company as a point of contact for accounts payable
• Perform GL coding and detailed data entry
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Coordinate routine inquiries regarding balances and account payment status, and assist in the resolution of discrepancies
• Manage correspondence and inquiries from subcontractors and vendors, both internal and external, regarding invoice status
• Maintain current date W9s for tax reporting and accurate 1099 vendor files
• Additional projects and reports as needed

Qualifications and Experience :

The position is based in our client's office in Dallas, TX.  Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.  Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
