The team at Immediate Care works together to provide patients of all ages with personalized care. From acute illnesses to injuries, we offer a range of services because our patients' health is our priority!

What You'll Do :

• Provide direct nursing care in a high-volume Immediate Care / Walk-In setting
• Triage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries, both in-person and via telephone
• Perform rapid assessments and collaborate with providers to deliver timely, efficient care
• Administer medications, vaccines, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with urgent procedures, including wound care, splinting, and EKGs
• Conduct point-of-care testing, collect specimens, and manage lab follow-ups
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the EMR
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate care when necessary
• Promote patient education for acute concerns, medication use, and follow-up care
• Support safety protocols, infection prevention, and emergency response procedures

Targeted Pay Range : $31.39 / hr. to $50.22 / hr. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as : incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
