A company is looking for a Patient Resource Representative to provide excellent customer service to callers and assist with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional greeting to callers and ensure personalized customer service

Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments

Assist callers with scheduling appointments and preparing for their first visit

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience in a customer service role preferred

Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently

Calm demeanor in stressful situations

Familiarity with healthcare services is a plus
